Introduction
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and BestBudapestDentist (owned and operated by a Budapest based Hungarian limited company, called Ta-Társa Ltd.), so please read them carefully. By using either our referral service or by using the website in any way, you are confirming either for yourself or on behalf of your party that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them, and that you intend these terms and conditions to be the legal equivalent of a binding contract between you and BestBudapestDentist.
For the purpose of these terms and conditions "we", "our" and "us" refers to BestBudapestDentist.
General Description of Service
We are a liaison between individuals ("users," "customers" or "You") demanding to access affordable state-of-the-art dental care, and 3 of the best dental clinics in Budapest, Hungary.
Beside dental clinics, BestBudapestDentist cooperates with travel and tourism companies aiming to ease your dental holiday. These companies themselves are responsible of the mentioned services. We still act only as an interagent.
Dental services
All dental services are provided by specified dental clinics which take full responsibility for any treatment performed and also its consequences. BestBudapestDentist is not responsible for any loss or damage to you resulting from the performance of any of these services. The contract for any medical service and all dental work undertaken will be directly between you and the selected dental clinic. We are not liable for the work of the dental surgeons or any of the staff engaged at the dental clinics (e.g. dental technicians).
All medical prices presented by BestBudapestDentist are estimates only. You will be quoted exact prices of your own treatment plan (which may be higher or lower according to individual requirements) at the dental clinic. Treatment time and prices vary for individuals and can only be confirmed after seeing one of our dentists.
Your dentist will need to assess your teeth to make sure that you are suitable for the treatment. Our dental clinics have the right to stop dental treatment at any time without any obligation for compensation if you are not mentally or medically fit for the suggested treatment or if your payment obligations are not met. We do not accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that the dental surgeon feels that you are not fit enough to undergo surgery.
We can only guarantee that you will receive the dental treatment which have been confirmed by the dental clinic. Access to wide variety of dental treatments listed in our website is subject to state of your dental health and dentists availability.
You must consult with us regarding arrival and departure dates before making any reservation as every visit to a dental clinic needs to be planned in advance.
The selected dental clinic will give you aftercare instructions and exact terms of their medical guarantee. Should you not follow these and there is loss or damage arising from your lack of care we are not responsible.
You are obliged to abide by scheduled dental appointments.
Travel and accommodation arrangements
BestBudapestDentist does not sell airline tickets or holiday packages including flights, however, we kindly help you in searching for the most suitable flights to Budapest, Hungary. In addition BestBudapestDentist can help you in booking of accommodation and transfers, but in all cases you will be solely responsible for settling all and any costs arising directly with the service provider/operator.
When you book your travel arrangements through external links on our website, your contract for these travel provisions will be with the relevant tour operator, airline, hotelier, etc., and will be subject to their terms and conditions, so BestBudapestDentist will have no contractual liability to you for the provision of such travel arrangements.
It is your sole responsibility to disclose certain personal information, like your personal data, travel plans or health records.
You must inform us at least 10 days before commencement of your visit in Budapest, of your flight time and its number. This information is necessary to perform the services you ordered with us.
Payments for the services
We may require advance payment only if you use our program/event service. Besides this BestBudapestDentist does not accept any payments from patients. You are making your own contract with all providers/opertors/suppliers and BestBudapestDentist does not take any responsiblity for it.
Passport, Visa and Health requirements
It is your responsibility to be aware of your passport, Visa and immigration requirements. If you do not obtain a visa where this is required or your passport or any other travel documentation is not in order and you are unable to travel as a result, no deposit will be refunded from us, if were any. Furthermore, we will not accept any responsibility or refund any money in cases where you are unable to travel because of an invalid or mislaid visa or passport. Non-EU citizens can also check with their embassy or consulate to obtain details of the relevant requirements.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your booking after any deposit were taken, the deposit will not be refunded.
Links to third party content
BestBudapestDentist may provide links to third party sites to assist you if making the right choices. We take no responsibility for the services or products offered by these third party sites.
Data protection
You recognize and acknowledge that in order to facilitate the provision of dental services to you, we will need to provide certain of your personal information, including any medical information you provide us with, to the selected dental clinic(s). You explicitly consent to the transfer and disclosure of your personal information to these healthcare providers by contacting us or submitting a quote request. We may also use your contact details, including your phone number and email address, to contact you from time to time to update you as to progress in relation to your consultation with a dental clinic and other matters concerning our services. You consent to us contacting you in this regard.
Age and Responsibility
Our services can only be used by individuals over eighteen. Using our services, you warrant that you are over the age of eighteen. If you are under the age of eighteen, you may only use our website in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardian.
